6. Returns and Refunds
• Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it for a refund (excluding custom-made extensions—see below).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
• Notify us at info@rorae.co.uk to start a return, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method. Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless we made an error.
• Faulty items? Let us know within 14 days from receipt of products (must be unopened or tampered with) —we’ll replace or refund them, including return shipping.
• Custom-made extensions (e.g., specific colours/lengths) can’t be returned unless faulty.
7. Your Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery and contact details—we’re not responsible if you give us the wrong address.
• Use our products as intended (e.g., don’t resell them as your own).
• Respect our website and content—don’t copy or misuse it.
