6. Returns and Refunds

 

                          Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it for a refund (excluding custom-made extensions—see below).

                          Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

                          Notify us at info@rorae.co.uk to start a return, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.

                          Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method. Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless we made an error.

                          Faulty items? Let us know within 14 days from receipt of products (must be unopened or tampered with) —we’ll replace or refund them, including return shipping.

                          Custom-made extensions (e.g., specific colours/lengths) can’t be returned unless faulty.

 

7. Your Responsibilities

 

                          Provide accurate delivery and contact details—we’re not responsible if you give us the wrong address.

                          Use our products as intended (e.g., don’t resell them as your own).

                          Respect our website and content—don’t copy or misuse it.
