Terms and Conditions for Muse hair extensions LTD
Welcome to Rorae! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website rorae.co.uk and your purchases of hair extensions or other products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, so please check back regularly.
1. About Us
We are Rorae, a business based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at info@rorae.co.uk for any questions or concerns.
2. Using Our Website
• You may use our site to browse, shop, and contact us for personal use only.
• Don’t misuse it (e.g., no hacking, spamming, or copying our content without permission).
3. Our Products
• We sell hair extensions as shown on our site.
• Product images are for illustration—colours or textures may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
• Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.
• We try to keep stock and pricing accurate, but we can’t guarantee availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we’ll notify you and refund that item.
4. Ordering and Payment
• Orders are placed through our Shopify checkout. By submitting an order, you’re offering to buy from us.
• We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your order (this isn’t acceptance yet). We accept your order when we ship it and email you a dispatch confirmation.
• We accept [Apple pay, Klarna, credit/debit cards, PayPal] via Shopify’s secure payment system. Payment is taken when you place your order.
• If payment fails, we’ll cancel the order unless you fix it within [ 24 hours].
5. Shipping and Delivery
• We ship to Uk mainland only
• Delivery times are estimates ( 3-5 business days in the UK). (or next day if selected subject to time ordered) Delays can happen due to postal services or customs—we’ll do our best but can’t control these.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
• Risk passes to you once the item is delivered. If it’s lost or damaged in transit, contact us within [7 days] of the expected delivery date.
6. Returns and Refunds
• Under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it for a refund (excluding custom-made extensions—see below).
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
• Notify us at info@rorae.co.uk to start a return, then send it back within 14 days of telling us.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, back to your original payment method. Shipping fees aren’t refunded unless we made an error.
• Faulty items? Let us know within 14 days from receipt of products (must be unopened or tampered with) —we’ll replace or refund them, including return shipping.
• Custom-made extensions (e.g., specific colours/lengths) can’t be returned unless faulty.
7. Your Responsibilities
• Provide accurate delivery and contact details—we’re not responsible if you give us the wrong address.
• Use our products as intended (e.g., don’t resell them as your own).
• Respect our website and content—don’t copy or misuse it.
8. Our Intellectual Property
• All content on our site (images, text, logos) belongs to us or our suppliers. You can’t use it without our written permission, except for shopping with us.
9. Our Liability
• We’re responsible for delivering quality hair extensions as described. If something’s wrong, we’ll fix it under UK consumer law.
• We’re not liable for things beyond our control (e.g., postal delays) or for indirect losses (e.g., if late delivery ruins your plans).
• Our total liability won’t exceed the price you paid for your order.

• We handle your data (like name, address, and payment info) under UK data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Cancellations by Us
• We can cancel your order or restrict your access to our site if you break these terms, or if we can’t fulfill your order (e.g., stock issues). We’ll refund you if this happens.

13. Governing Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
